Records Assessment & Planning Services 2026-101
The City of Watertown (MA) invites qualified vendors to provide Records Assessment and Planning Services across multiple municipal departments and facilities. This contract is a one (1) year contract, with two (2) options for (1) year renewals at the sole discretion of the City.
Qualified vendors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the instructions within this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). Bid Forms and Contract documents are available free online on the Projectdog.com website at 10:00AM on Wednesday April 15, 2026. All plan holders must register or have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and submit bids electronically. Enter Project Code 873977 in the project locator box and select “Acquire Documents” to download documents. Questions regarding the website or project distribution should be directed to Projectdog at 978-499-9014.
Bid Deadline: Tuesday May 5, 2026, 10:00AM. Hand delivered bids will not be accepted.
The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The City of Watertown reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

The City Council of Watertown hereby gives notice of a public hearing and vote to be held ONLINE and IN-PERSON (HYBRID) Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Richard Mastrangelo Chamber Administration Building, 149 Main Street, Watertown, MA or online at the following link https://watertown-ma.zoom.us/j/92991331344 which may be found on the City of Watertown’s website, on a proposed Loan Order as follows:
ORDERED: That the sum of $1,350,000 is appropriated to pay construction and construction administration costs of Bemis Park, as more fully described in the City's Fiscal Year 2025 through 2029 Capital Improvement Plan, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this HYBRID Public Hearing. A copy of the proposed Loan Order is available for inspection at the Administration Building, 149 Main Street, Watertown, MA 02472 in the City Clerk’s Office Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday evening up to 7:00 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m.; and on the City’s website page: www.watertown-ma.gov.
