Welcome aboard! Through the leadership of Watertown City Council and City Manager, and as identified in the City’s goals, plans, and studies, the Arsenal Street Shuttle Route recently became fully open and accessible to the public (it had previously been a private service). The Pleasant Street Shuttle Route has been public for a few years now and was our first foray into providing emission-free electric service to the public. WATConnector is an initiative of and managed by the City of Watertown and the Watertown Transportation Management Association (WTMA). Learn more on the WTMA at www.watertowntma.org. We have selected Circuit as our shuttle operator.

For any questions, comments, or suggestions for improvement, please contact Senior Transportation Planner Zeke Mermell, at zmermell@watertown-ma.gov or 617-972-6417 ext 15125. If you have questions or comments on the ride itself, the lost and found, using the app, etc., please contact WTMA Executive Director Sophia Galimore at director@watertowntma.org, 781-404-5008, or www.watertowntma.org.

Both routes, listed below, connect Watertown riders with Harvard Square in Cambridge during peak morning and evening commute hours, with stops varying by route. Cyclists are welcome – we have a bike rack in the front of every shuttle vehicle!

Get Your Ticket to Ride: Fast. Easy. Convenient:
