Laura Murray - Constituent Services/311 Director

Laura grew up in Newton, MA, and has lived in Watertown for the past 12 years. She enjoys crafting personalized gifts for her friends and family and taking long walks by the river with her dog, Bae, a five-year-old Black Lab, Shepherd, and Retriever mix. Laura is also dedicated to volunteering with the city's cheerleading program, where she loves teaching core values to the youth. Helping people has always been her passion, and she believes that providing customer service in a city she loves is the perfect job for her.

Stephanie Owens - Constituent Service Representative

Stephanie is a Boston native that has lived in Watertown for the last 14 years. Over the last 14 years she has spent her time working with the Watertown Belmont Youth Football and Cheer program and is also a coach for the Watertown High School Varsity Cheerleading team. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and friends. Stephanie joined the 311 team in March of this year and is excited to continue to work with the Watertown community.
